Ideas have to start somewhere. Student work and personal projects present opportunities to start experimenting and refining ideas and methodologies. Andrew Herzog talks about the long term importance of his student work and personal projects. He'll show how projects and ideas that were formed in his college studies and personal practice have found their way into the work he did at Google's Creative Lab and in the work, he continues to do with HAWRAF, the studio he co-founded in 2016.
